Students will learn from our master trainers and participate in hands-on workshops, gaining practical skills that you can apply in your own artistic pursuit.
Our courses are conducted in English language and we also offer Free English language program for any interested international students
Traditional painting is highly respected in Bhutan, with many artists dedicating their lives to perfecting their craft. You will learn traditional paintings using natural pigments and dyes, learning painting using cotton canvas.
Traditional wood carving is an art form that has been practiced in Bhutan for centuries. It is a highly skilled craft that requires patience, precision, and creativity. The training emphasizes the use of traditional tools and techniques, and the use of locally-sourced materials.
The sculptures are often used for religious and spiritual purposes, and depict various deities, symbols, and figures from Bhutanese folklore. The process of making a traditional clay sculpture involves several steps, including preparing the clay, sculpting the shape and form, drying the clay, and finally finishing the sculpture.
